At Cali Clear, we prioritize fast order fulfillment, maximum privacy, and reliable transit across all allowed destinations. Below is everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping options, and packaging standards.

Note: Deliveries run Monday through SATURDAY (excluding federal holidays).

Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST Monday through Friday are processed and handed off to our logistics partners on the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:30 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend are processed first thing the following Monday.

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your billing and delivery details prior to checkout. Incorrect address details may add 24–48 hours to fulfillment times.

Discreet & Secure Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy. Every Cali Clear package is shipped using the following protocols:

  • Plain Outer Packaging: Shipped in plain padded mailers or unbranded corrugated boxes with no product descriptions or brand identifiers on the exterior.

  • Discreet Return Address: The shipping label features a generic fulfillment company name for complete confidentiality.

  • Tamper-Evident Seal: Products are vacuum-sealed or shrink-wrapped inside the box to safeguard freshness and prevent odor leakage during transit.

Tracking & Delivery Insurance

  • Order Tracking: Once your shipping label is created, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking link (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) will be dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking scans to update on the carrier website.

  • Delivery Guarantees: If your package is lost in transit, stuck without tracking updates for more than 7 business days, or arrives damaged, contact sales@officialcaliclears.com with your Order ID to initiate an expedited replacement or full reshipment.
